[product question] drunk elephant baby facial causing whitehead pimples after use. is this it’s way of working??

Noticed almost every time I use this product I get small white head pimples in areas I never break out. They aren’t painful but there are quite a bit that it’s noticeable.Is this how the product works or is it just not working for my skin? I’ve been using it once a week for 20 min followed up by some hydrating products like hyaluronic serums.
