[skin concern] closed comedones / skin bumps that worsen and become more obvious as the day progresses?

I have slight bumps or cc's on one side of my face. Every morning when I wake up, my face is virtually smooth and untextured - by night time, my skin appears rougher, with a line of cc's trailing my cheek. Anyone else? What could this be?
