I don’t usually use heavy occlusives because I have a tendency to break out, which is exactly what has happened. Should I change to a lighter moisturiser, or will this stop progress in healing my skin barrier?I’d usually use acids to help resolve the breakout, but I should avoid doing this with a half fixed skin barrier right?
