Beauty Tips For Body Care
My skin has negatively affected my self-image and self-worth. Tremendously. And I hate it. With the bettering of my skin, I am not as affected by it as I used to be, but deep down, I'm not sure if I've changed that much. It's crazy how such a superficial thing like skin problems (it really doesn't get more superficial) can have such an impact to the core of who you are. I'm not saying it changes your core being, but for me atleast, it has hindered me from expressing some sides of myself, and letting others in and being vulnerable in general. This is definitely the most devastating aspect of having such a visible condition like acne and skin disorders. And I feel that it is definitely something you need to keep an eye out for. You can't let it define your life and actions. You just can't. I know I have let it be in charge for too long. No matter how hard it can be to rise up in the face of your face full of blemishes, you have to remember that, after all, your face full of blemishes is just that. A face full of blemishes. Nothing more, nothing less. It doesn't have to define you and your actions.I am trying to change myself for the better, despite my acne - and I hope you will dare to do, too, if you're affected by your appearance like I am.This is as much of an reminder for me as it hopefully is for you. I wish you all the best.
