Beauty Tips For Body Care
I recently started using prescription benzoyl peroxyde (night cream). When it was prescribed, my doctor said to try different frequencies to see what my skin could handle; if I could use it every day, great, but if it was too strong for me to use more than every 3 days, that was fine too.When testing frequency I think I used it too often because my skin is now incredibly irritated. It feels like sandpaper when I touch it, and it is flaky and peeling.My main concern is that whenever I try to moisturize my skin now, it burns. I assume the ingredients in my moisturizers are not suitable for irritated skin. The two moisturizers I have tried are:-Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream-CeraVe AM Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30The CeraVe Lotion is a bit more bearable, but they are both uncomfortable and painful to put on. At the same time, I know my skin desperately needs moisture.What gentle but effective moisturizers would you recommend for my situation?
