[Hair Removal] My hair is growing back as normal after 8 sessions of laser hair removal?

I have had 8 sessions of laser hair removal (spaced out every 4 weeks for the first 6 sessions and then every 6 weeks).I last had a session 4 weeks ago. I noticed that on my leg, there is a stripe of my skin where all my hair is growing back, exactly as thick and long as it did before any laser sessions.I thought it was because maybe they missed this particular area in the last session. But if that’s the case, does that mean after my 10th (last) session, will my hair just grow back exactly the way it was before laser? Or is it possibly a coincidence that they missed this exact spot/stripe of skin in all 8 sessions I’ve had, hence the regrowth?
