Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've been dealing with acne for over a decade now. It started in highschool and I'm turning 29 this year. I was so, I don't know, embarrassed to go to the dermatologist because my skin is just so damn bad. I've tried everything over the counter that exists in addition to minocyclin. Clinique, Paula's Choice, CeraVe, vitamin C, vitamin A, benzoyl peroxide, salcyllic acid, nothing but moisturizer.I was so set on fixing it myself because I exercise and eat healthy, wash my pillowcase, wash my hair, braid my hair back, don't wear makeup. I thought I could fix it myself and the doctor would point out something super embarrassing or look closely at my skin. But I bit the bullet, I want clear skin when I start law school (😱) in the fall and it's freaking time I face my fears. And guess what? It wasn't bad at all! I was scolded not to pick, which I'm super embarrassed about but I knew it would come. And she put me on a regimen! All kinds of new, very gentle stuff.I'm finally optimistic. I guess the regimen was to baseline me and I'm going back in three months. Wish me luck, fam!!Routine:Morning: vanicream cleanser, onexton, mineral sunscreenNight: Sulfacetamide Sodium-Sulfur cleanser, Tretinoin, vanicream moisturizer
