[Product Question]Is disinfecting recently popped spots with alcohol swabs really bad for your skin?

I recently bought some alcohol swabs to clean my glasses with so they don't get dirty and ruin my skin and I've started to use them for spots i've just popped to disinfect them. I understand that alcohol is bad and dries out the skin but if it's in a small area and I moisturise daily is it really that bad?
