[Skin Concern] Reason for skin becoming extremely sweaty after application of moisturizer?

I recently shifted to Cetaphil skin moisturizer for my face and everytime I apply moisturizer to my face it becomes excessively sweaty. Is there somthing wrong with my skin? I earlier used to use a garnier face moisturizer but didn't face this issue. Any idea if anyone else is facing something similar?
