[skin concern] Skin very sensitive to redness/persistent redness

Beauty Tips For Body Care
So my main issue is redness, and has been for years. My nose is pretty much always red, and the skin around my nose, particularly just above and around my mouth, is always at least a bit more red than the rest of my skin. Sometimes it's not too bad, but if it's hot/cold, windy, if I 'stretch' my skin (e.g. open my mouth, the area just above and around my mouth goes red), or touch it/apply pressure to it, it goes red. My skin will often feel dry or tight as the day goes on. My nose is also oily, as well as the skin to the side of it, and I had pretty big pores on my nose and especially around my nostrils. I'm pretty sure my skin is a combo of oily on and around my nose, and normal/dry on my cheeks, forehead and chin, although I can get some flakiness on my nostrils sometimes. It also seems sensitive, but I don't tend to get stinging or irritation from products, just redness. I think I'm also somewhat acne prone, as I do get spots pretty regularly, but they're not awful/angry type ones that I used to get more so. I also think I have some texture to my skin. I'll put my routine below, as I'm wondering if years of trying different products for my skin may have damaged my moisture barrier? I've just started a toned down routine to see if that is the case, which I'll also add below. I suppose this is a mixture of skin concern and routine help? I've tried to follow advice for sensitive skin as best I can, but my redness never improves enough where I feel comfortable with no make up on.Routine:AM -Wash face with waterPaula's Choice Calm Soothing Toner, Normal to DryThe Ordinary's Hylaronic AcidTO Ascorbyl Glucoside Solution 12%TO Argireline Solution 10% (just on some forehead lines, which I think may be from dehydration?)TO EUK 134Sunsense Ultra SPF 50, and I mix in a few drops of TO Borage OilIf I'm not going outside, then this last step changes to the last two steps of my PM routinePM -If I'm wearing makeup, TO Squalane CleanserPaula's Choice Skin Recovery CleanserPaula's Choice Clear Anti-Redness Exfoliating Solution, extra strength, 2% Salicylic AcidPaula's Choice Calm Soothing Toner, Normal to DryThe Ordinary's Hylaronic AcidTO Niacinamide + ZincTO Granactive Retinoid 2% EmulsionPaula's Choice Skin Recovery Hydrating Treatment MaskTO Borage OilI also use benzoyl peroxide on spots as they appear, but only a small amount.I use the TO AHA + BHA peeling mask twice a week; on those nights, I don't use the Salicylic Acid.I was using the salicylic acid twice a day for several months not too long ago (and also just after using the AHA+BHA mask), I just recently reduced it to being at night a few weeks ago.My current routine since trying to repair my moisture barrier (I only started on monday):AM -Wash face with waterPC tonerTO Hylaronic AcidSunsense Ultra SPF 50, and I mix in a few drops of TO Borage OilLight layer of shea butterIf I'm not leaving the house, the last two steps change to the last three of my PM routinePM -If I'm wearing makeup, TO Squalane CleanserPaula's Choice Skin Recovery CleanserPC tonerTO Hylaronic AcidTO Borage OilPaula's Choice Skin Recovery Hydrating Treatment MaskGood layer of shea butterIf I need to add any more information or post pictures of my skin, let me know! Also, I'm located in england and try to use cruelty free products.
