Beauty Tips For Body Care
Im not sure if anyone has talked about this before but for people who like me didnt take missing or stopping birth control serious please do. I never got around to refilling my birth control in all this corona hectic for 2 weeks and it completly messed up my face. These last few years my skin has been clear but those 2 weeks i didnt take it messed up my skin for over a month. I had horrible horrible cystic looking acne all over my face and it has just now cleared up. If anyone is like me and having acne makes you very self conscious and youre taking birth control dont miss your pills and talk to your drs before stopping it. I hope this was useful for someone. :)
