Beauty Tips For Body Care
I had been sitting with the same skincare routine for awhile now...While I don’t get many breakouts I could never seem to deal with my clogged pores and dull skin. I bought First Aid Facial Radiance Pads after researching gentle exfoliators and after only 3 days of use my skin looks and feels softer and more supple AND one of my stubborn closed comedones that have been driving me nuts for over a year has disappeared (grossly, it kinda popped in my hand...no squeezing involved!) This is the first exfoliating-esque product that did not make my skin burn or dry me out if I use it too much (I love my AHA but it can really wreak havoc on my skin if I go crazy). So happy!Trying not to overuse in case it does make my skin burn but yeah, happy so far. The packaging is pretty standard— they are in a tub. The pads themselves are small and look like any exfoliating pads but they aren’t drying or irritating (As a Stridex user I definitely know what that feels like!) Thankfully there is no scent (chemical or otherwise) and it’s easy to apply. I like to use them after I wash my face in the AM or at night but might just switch to nighttime because anytime I get overly enthusiastic about a product, it backfires on me (Looking at you, double oil cleanser and Paula’s Choice exfoliators!) As for negative effects, those are TBD because I have only been using for a few days but I have heard people say it does not do ENOUGH. As someone with mildly sensitive skin and no serious acne problems, they seem good for me though.
