[routine help] After 2 and a half months of changing my eating habits, drinking more water, and sticking to a skin routine, I see no difference!!

I’ve struggled with acne ever since Freshman year of high school. It was worse then than it is now, but even at the age of 26 I still struggle with it. I was always pretty lazy about sticking with a skin care routine and never ate very well until about two years ago.I had my first child 8 months ago and about three months ago I decided I needed to make a change on my health! Since then, I’ve been eating extremely healthy and only allow myself one small treat a day. Mostly lean meats and lots of veggies. I’ve cut soda out of my diet completely and only drink water (and lots of it).. sometimes juice on occasion.I also started a morning and night skin routine. I have extremely oily skin, acne, what looks like maybe fungal acne near my hairline? (Very small bumps but tons of them), and lots of red coloration everywhere. I did a lot of research and found what should be a great mix for me. I use the CeraVe gentle foaming face wash, witch hazel with rose water toner, vitamin C serum in the mornings/ retinal serum at night, then I use Olay Sensitive Skin Moisturizer with SPF. I have been doing this every morning and night for the last 2 and a half months and I swear I’ve seen no change! The only slight difference is my skin feels A LITTLE softer.What am I doing wrong here? Shouldn’t there be at least a noticeable difference??TIA!
