Beauty Tips For Body Care
My cheeks get SUPER flushed after I workout and after I drink (not ready to admit that I could possibly be allergic to alcohol though 🤪) so mostly wondering about the workout part.Lately I’ve been working out in the afternoon. I wake up pretty early so I do my routine then and after my workout I just body shower and do toner, moisture and SPF again and it kind of helps but it’s still significantly more red than my skin is normally.I briefly looked into a facial mist and was intrigued by the Sioris Running Out of Time one and the Avène Thermal Spring Water, but I don’t want to spend money on something my toner can do just as well. Any tips on how to calm the post workout redness down a bit?
