[Personal] Natural daylight makes face look 100x worse, what do I actually look like to people?

Whenever I walk my dogs, I'll catch my reflection on my car window and every imperfection of my face looks way more exemplified than if I looked at it in a bathroom mirror. Pores, my very early onset wrinkles (i'm a teen), every zit, it honestly makes me feel a lot worse. Is that seriously how I look to people all the time?
