Hi all! As we head into warmer months and people start revisiting more regular sun protection, just a friendly reminder that it's always a good idea to spot clean or wash your hats so that the inner band doesn't irritate your skin. Personally, I've had breakouts caused by the sweat/makeup build-up inside a baseball cap, so I'll run an alcohol-wipe, some micellar water, or a detergent-bleach combo (depending on how rushed I am!) around the inner rim every few wears. You can often visibly see a bunch of gunk come off (which I find deeply satisfying), so if you're wearing one daily, or you're seeing more breakouts than usual on your forehead, may be a good idea to clean it quickly :)There's a lot of online cleaning tips for specific fabrics/hat styles (nothing but respect to all the fedora wearers out there), so would recommend looking some up if you feel lost!
