I have some small fleshy bumps on my nose and in my labiomental fold (groove under my lip, above my chin). Here the bumps are more visible and protruding but not really seen bc the bumps are inside the fold, while the ones on my nose are barely noticeable - only when looking verrry closely so maybe I'm just making the issue up lol. I think these are closed comedones?What product can I use to get rid of these? I chemically exfoliate with an AHA toner a few times a week and either mask with TO AHA/BHA peel or the Glamglow supermud mask once a week. Thanks in advance!
