[Acne] Forehead Bumps: The Bane of My Vain Existence

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I’m a teen girl who has what I’d call mild skin issues. I’m not coming here to complain, just to get some (hopefully) unanimous advice...So. I’d say I have combination skin, but an extreme version of it (in that my cheeks are so dry they flake, and my forehead + nose are so oily they reflect off the Hubble Telescope). I live in a pretty hot climate so I guess oiliness is just a byproduct of that... I have quite a few blackheads on my nose (if you don’t pls tell me your secret) but the main issue that consumes way too much of my time is my forehead.I have these bumps that either multiply or divide but never quite disappear - if I succumb and pick them I can get a colourless nugget thing out (ew), the texture is worse than the colour. If I exfoliate (chemically or physically) they become red and inflamed. I went to the doctor - who told me it isn’t fungal acne - and prescribed Duac but it makes my skin uber sensitive and I need to find a more sustainable, long-term option...pls let me know what type of acne this is and what some actual cures are.For nobody that asked, here’s my rough skincare routine: (which hasn’t been breaking me out) - gentle, natural cleanser - gel moisturiser - sunscreen - Ren tonic thing if I can brave the resulting inflammation - face oil for my cheeks in winter months - duac just on my forehead - spot cream for the occasional hormonal zit
