Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi all. I have been suffering from hormonal acne for about a year. I had the classic painful red pimples all over my chin and the quality of my skin in general was getting worse. I have some hormonal issues other than acne especially when it comes to my period.I've started reading the book Period Repair Manual by Briden Lara (I highly recommend this) and as a result have started supplementing zinc picolinate. I have tried a different zinc supplement before and it did nothing however it wasn't picolinate specifically but some other form (sorry, I can't recall). Apparently the form which you take matters to a great extent and some of them are pretty much useless.As a result, I was able to clear up my acne in about two to three weeks. And my other hormonal symptoms are also subsiding very quickly - it's like a miracle!I was curious to see if anyone else has experienced such a thing and wanted to share my knowledge on how different forms of supplements might provide drastically different results!I didn't have much hope for zinc but this changed everything. So in case you tried it before and it didn't work, this might be the reason why.
