[PSA] New medical reference book for what skin diseases look like on POC

Beauty Tips For Body Care
There is a trending thread about how skincare and advice can be more difficult to find for POC. I shared this information on that post, but someone recommended I make it its own post so more people can possibly see it.https://www.instagram.com/p/CCINZ4FBILW/https://www.sgul.ac.uk/news/mind-the-gap-a-handbook-of-clinical-signs-on-black-and-brown-skinA young medical student in London was bothered by the lack of reference manuals and textbooks for skin diseases on POC. He realized there was a huge gap in information for medical students and professionals when it came to diagnosing patients with deeper skin tones. He worked with advisors to create a book that filled this gap. This man deserves recognition for his hard work, and hopefully if it goes well more people in the medical field will also work to provide references and material to provide better and more accurate diagnoses to POC.
