[PSA] Your skincare products can go bad even before its expiry date.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi everyone,As the title above states, even though expiry date/PAO (period after opening) is the first reference when determining whether a product is safe to use, it is possible for the product to turn bad before that. Some of the tell-tale signs include change in texture and smell. So, if your skincare smells funny or had a change in texture, please be careful. In my case, I've had a reliable routine for a while now but I suddenly started developing closed comedones on my right cheek. I phased out my skincare (except my cleanser) one by one but the situation persist. Instinct tells me to check my cleanser, and while I did not realise it right away, I still tossed it into the bin on a whim and opened a new one. I was surprised at the difference in texture between the newly opened tube and the old one, which now that I remember is less runnier and more on the clumpy side, and my closed comedones went away a few days later. In a nutshell, regardless of the expiry date/PAO, we should all be observant of the changes in our skincare products, because trust me it's the last thing you would want to put on your skin.
