Hi reddit! I just want to know if these nodes or chin bumps are closed comedones? And what would be your recommendations to rid of it?Just a background, I have been battling moderate to severe acne that progressed around my late 20s. I am currently taking spironolactone 50mg, tri lo sprintec and using tret .05% everyday and after almost a decade of acne war, my face finally calmed down.I used to have pimples popping out from my chin/jawline, and ever since I took those two pills this is the clearest skin I’ve ever gotten for years. I couldn’t say if this is my routine’s maximum effect on my skin because it has only been 6 months. And if it is, I would like to work on minimizing blemishes and scars. Any input is appreciated!! Thank you
