[misc] do you exfoliate? Why or why not? And what do you use?

So I don’t exfoliate, I have before with the derma e overnight peel, and just stopped. I haven’t noticed a huge difference with my skin whether or not I exfoliate so I’ve always opted out.Do you guys exfoliate, if so what do you use? If not, why not? Do you think it’s an important step, and at what age should people start?
