[Acne] I finally discovered the answer to my years of persistent body-and-face acne: Gluten. Should I use gluten-free face products?

I've had body-and-face acne for years. It's never been Accutane-or-antibiotic-worthy, but it's still been painful, embarrassing, and very, very visible. It's all over my neck, chest, back, and stomach. I look like I have chicken pox restricted to my torso. Even if people have acne on their faces, most individuals are fortunate enough to at least have clear and beautiful body skin. Not me - I've rarely been swimming and never wore tank tops because I was so afraid that people would think I was gross and didn't wash or take care of my skin. Body washes designed for acne only worked slightly or never worked at all. All manner of creams, lotions, and potions just dried out my skin and made it worse. A few years ago, I gave up and resigned myself to being a liberally acne-spangled human for the rest of time. Recently, I had a severely upset stomach, barely ate a thing except applesauce and bananas for a week, and my acne incredibly cleared up. I was elated. Then I started eating normally again and the acne roared back into business. A light bulb went off in my head - something I was eating was causing my acne.My aunt has Celiac disease. I've been tested for it, but don't have it. Despite this, and despite my doctor insisting otherwise, I believe that I might have at least have some kind of sensitivity to it. Not enough to trigger anything on a medical test, not enough to cause dire problems in my body like a true Celiac, but enough to anger my skin. So I decided to cut out gluten for a week and to my delight experienced the same incredible results. Now, this will not in any way be a fix for everyone else. Most people can eat whatever they want and it never shows on their skin. However, if you've tried everything, maybe try cutting out some foods that can be "known" trouble causers because they might be causing trouble just under the radar of medical testing. Now I'm wondering if I should also switch to a gluten-free body-and-face care routine to be safe? Does gluten penetrate the skin?TL;DR: Eating gluten causes my body-and-facial acne. Should I also switch to gluten-free face and body products? Do you have recommendations?My current routine:AM:Wash face with Vanicream Gentle Facial CleanserApply Cerave Moisturizing Cream (tub) to damp skinI'm rotating through several sunscreens at the moment in an attempt to find a cheap on to use over winter while I'm pretty much housebound. Sun Bum Face 50 sunscreen is my current SPF. P20 Kids SPF 50 is my HG, but I'm saving that for summer.
