[Acne] Short contact therapy with benzoyl peroxide has changed everything for me!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I haven’t even heard of short contact therapy until two months ago, which is how long I’ve been doing it. I used to just spot treat active bumps and leave on which weirdly enough never really did much of anything. Then, I read about short contact therapy, which is slathering it all over the face and leaving it on for 5-10 minutes before rinsing off, twice a day. I decided to give it a go. Literally the next day I began to see results. Every day or every other day I would always have a new comedone growing somewhere. Once one began to heal, a new one would always take its place. This time, the active lesions began healing unusually quick, and no new growths. Thats...really it. Its amazing. And its been like this for 2 months. Every now and then I’d get one stray bump, but usually in places where I guess I fail to apply enough BP on, like my hairline or beside my ear. But once I start slathering they quickly retreat with all the rest. Its really miraculous. I use 10% too, and though Im usually red in the face it hasnt worsened it at all or irritated my skin. Might go down to 5% though once the tube runs out. Hopes this helps some of you. It has really helped me.
