[Product Question] Cheap but effective alternatives to The Ordinary’s vitamin C products? The 30% pills and the 23% is too greasy for me.

I want a Vitamin C I can apply in the morning. I like that The Ordinary is cheap and high strength, but neither works under my makeup. The 30% pills (balls up instead of soaking into the skin) and the 23% is very greasy. Any recommendations for a product that is cheap, high strength, and in good packaging that won’t degrade the product?By “cheap” I mean about $30 or less.Thank you!
