Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey all!I have been on a skin JOURNEY.I have been on accutane 3x, prescription topicals, antibiotics, you name it, I have done it.Finally, but acne has cleared up (for the most part, I'm okay if I get 1 or 2 white heads, it's fine).I have been on a myriad of skincare routines, from caveman to 10 step routines, from basic cleanse, moisturize, sunscreen, to ones with actives and whatever.Recently, for the last two months while bunked in my house due to the pandemic, I have decided to make it a goal to try and get my moisture barrier back to normal as possible since I was feeling tightness, dehydration, and my skin was super oily (I blame it on over exfoliating and too many actives/not enough hydration). Therefore, I have stuck with this routine for the last two months:AM:Cleanse: Etude House SoonJung pH 6.5 Whip Cleanser or some days just rinse with lukewarm waterToner: Etude House pH 5.5 Relief TonerMoisturize: Indeed Labs Hydraluron Moisture JellyOcclusive (sometimes): Vanicream Moisturizing OintmentPM:Cleanse: Etude House SoonJung pH 6.5 Whip CleanserToner: Etude House pH 5.5 Relief TonerMoisturize: Indeed Labs Hydraluron Moisture JellyOcclusive (sometimes): Vanicream Moisturizing OintmentI have the COSRX Hydrium Centella Aqua Soothing Ampoule that I may add during the day, but haven't decided on that yet.Why does my skin still feel tight and get excessively oily throughout the day? Could it just be that I naturally have very oily skin... or?
