[Misc] Other than medications and cutting out dairy, what non-topical skincare methods have helped your skin?

Asking because I recently started drinking a couple of cups of peppermint tea each morning to help with medication-induced nausea (it's Vyvanse, so I doubt that's doing anything to my skin) and I've noticed my acne's gotten a lot better all of a sudden.I read that peppermint tea reduces androgens so maybe that's it, IDK.I also was on an anti-inflammatory diet for a few months a few years back and it was the only time in my life since puberty that my face was completely clear.I think the focus on this sub is too heavy on topical remedies and that can be pretty bandaid-y, it'd be great if we had more discussion on other changes we can make to help our skin.
