i'm so glad it's wednesday for text only posts 😂i hadn't noticed it before and idk how bc the bottle is clear, but at the bottom there was a brownish purple black mass near the pump. i thought maybe it was a stain outside the bottle, and tried to scratch it off. it... was not. sorry, i don't have pictures. i should have taken them but i was so grossed out that i literally showed my boyfriend, gagged when he was like "oh yeah that's probably mold" and emptied and rinsed it out.my skins been bad lately and i've been looking for reasons why--maybe coming to the uk from canada hasn't agreed with me? maybe my fungal acne has reawakened? maybe i'm allergic to the detergent? etc. i have a very stable routine and i don't deviate or try new things that can flare up my skin so usually the only acne i get is a few spots around my period now, but i've been breaking out nonstop for a month. i've used this wash before, it's considered my hg but is kind of expensive for me, so this is a bottle bought new from sephora about a month ago. it's never been in the shower, just sits on a cabinet, and hasn't been opened to introduce mold spores.i can't reach out to sephora without a vpn now bc the uk doesn't let you access us or canadian sephora 😬 i think i should email glow recipe w the batch number to let them know about it tho 😩 i'm so grossed out. but at least my skin makes sense now.
