Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi!My name is Therése Hallberg and I am a beauty journalist based in Sweden, so please forgive any misspellings in this post.I am currently writing an article about psychological benefits and skincare. It's sort of like pschyodermatology (how the psyche and the skin communicate) and how mental distress can cause issues in the skin. I am, however, trying to investigate if and how skincare can have a benefical outcome for people suffering from depression and other mental conditions. Years and years ago, I saw a piece on The Oprah Winfrey Show where they discussed this and also interviewed people who had gotten out of a depression, or at least gotten better, by using skincare routines. I can also find lot of testimonies of people experiencing this online but unfortunately no research or studies to confirm the claims.Does anybody know of any studies, research, universities or similar that have looked into the connection between skincare and pschyological benefits?
