[Personal] Skincare Tools - an Opinion

Beauty Tips For Body Care
This sub is extremely biased. The world of skincare is very opinionated, and there isn't a 'one-size-fits-all' approach to skincare.I wrote a 'Skincare Ordering Process' post on Skincare Addiction about a month ago, and wanted to shed some more light on reference.People argue that skincare tools are unnecessary, and that they don't work. I'm of the opinion that they do - and if I want to use one, what's it hurting you?Dr. Tanuj Nakara, a board-certified plastic-surgeon offers some input on skincare tools: "Vibrating facial massagers have a temporary effect on skin. Some of those temporary effects are pretty enticing, though. Increased circulation and chemical signals that can lead to pleasant-appearing skin swelling and flushing."I personally use a vibrating (and cooling) eye tool to stimulate the area underneath my eye, after I apply my eye cream (which is also another opinionated step that I prefer to take). "The vibrations not only help stimulate blood flow and aid in lymphatic drainage, but also create negative ions."So, with this - I just want to say, ENJOY skincare your way. It should be a process you derive pleasure from, not a stressful endeavor that HAS to emulate somebody else's routine. Use what makes you happy and brings you joy.Source: https://www.thezoereport.com/p/vibrating-facial-massage-tools-are-effective-but-are-they-safe-18002493
