Disclaimer the issue is in a nsfw area.So I was trying to lose some weight and I went to the keto diet and working out. Honestly it worked great. I lost 30 pounds in less then 2 months. And I was working out decently but nothing crazy.A friend had warned me he heard keto caused hormone imbalances in men and heard of a guy who lost his hair and developed ed. Which is terrifying but I read it was low chance of it really throwing your body out of whack so I went for it.I lost weight but I noticed after 2 months that my hair went from feeling very thick an heavy to much lighter and whispy. For reference Im a 26yr old male . Now I was getting a haircut around this time. I've had the same stylist since so was 16 and she noticed my hair texture had changed. Wasn't less of it. Just felt lighter. Some I'm scared about now. Then I notice my skin feels coarser too. My pores all over my body are more prominent. Those red little pore bumps that white people get that are just hereditary on our upper arms and legs. Are now in new places. And first and foremost my biggest problem I would say. Is the fact the pores on my penis shaft are now showing up. What was once smooth skin now has prominent pores. And I notice day by day more of them. So I go to the doctor afraid I have a std cause I'm 26 and dating. He says no you just have very "prominent oil glands". I go to a regular doctor then a dermatologist during this. They both agree. One gives me triamcinolome 0.1% acetone cream to use for a week or two. Nothing changes for me. Then one gives me hydrocortisone ointment 2.5%. neither of which make a difference. So now one pore I guess decided to up it's oil game and turned into a pimple. So now I'm feeling quite done with this shit... Really can't afford more doctor's visits even with healthcare. I just had alot of expenses. Please dear people help me fix my penis skin lmao You're dam right this is a throwaway account
