[Routine Help] My skin is incredibly sensitive, but also congested and clogged. I’m looking for gentle but effective exfoliation advice.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Okay, so my skin is very sensitive (I no longer use any products containing fragrance and steer clear from comedogenic ingredients as much as possible), prone to irritation/break outs, and oily but dehydrated. Also quite prone to redness around the center of my face. My skin just appears dull, has a bumpy, uneven texture. I’ve really overdone it in the past (about two months ago, really) and destroyed my moisture barrier by piling on too many skin-smoothing actives. Even when used in moderation, the heavy hitters seem to be too much for my skin.Products I’ve used that were too harsh: glow recipe watermelon sleeping mask, the moisturizer, and the toner. Pixi glycolic acid pads. Pixi glow tonic. Sunday Riley A+.There have been more, but these are the most recent offenders. I’ve just gotten my skin sort of back to normal. I’ve been using the calm line by Tula, the milky cleanser and moisturizer, both of which I really like and seem to be working well for my skin. I use both products morning and night. In the AM, I tone with Peach Slices snail mucin toner and apply some sort of SPF, right now it’s Supergoop unseen sunscreen. In the evening, I’ve been doing more or less the same as the AM, minus the sunscreen, and have been using Paula’s Choice 1% BHA lotion for sensitive skin. I have Glossier’s Super Pure that I want to try, and I would like to work in SR Luna oil back in, as it used to be a HG for me before I totally stripped my routine of actives and fragrance (I realize Luna has fragrance, but it’s the only retinol product I’ve found that is actually soothing for my skin).I’m super wary of using too many actives at once, as I want to avoid going overboard again. My skin was so sad. Just wondering if I should stick to my current routine for a few months longer and see how my skin improves/doesn’t improve, or if I should be adding something extra for all of my cloggage. Any exfoliation recs for sensitive skin welcome!
