[Product Question] Confused - would the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Body Gel Cream be moisturising enough?

I watched a Dr. Dray video where she reviewed the Hydroboost gel moisturisers (Gel Cream and Body Lotion) and she stated that it wasn't a good idea to use either the Gel Cream or the Body Lotion alone, because they didn't have enough occlusive ingredients to stop moisture from evaporating off the skin.I understand her point regarding the Gel Cream for the face, which only has dimethicone which isn't super occlusive. But the Body Gel Cream has petrolatum as the 4th ingredient, surely this would be occlusive enough for most people?I wonder if she did not know that the Body Lotion actually has different ingredients than the Gel Cream, maybe she just assumed that it was the same formula but sold in a bigger bottle (which, to be fair, is something that Neutrogena has done with other products).
