I'm sure some of you will think I am in the wrong here but here is what happened.I did the trial, I thought I cancelled, but I can't remember 100% and don't have proof because it was a while ago. So I am sitting on the couch and get a notification that an order was placed, within 15 mins of its placement I ask them to cancel it. They refuse to cancel the order. And now I am stuck with the order.Is it legally my fault for not canceling? I am no lawyer but probably yes.Is it shady that they refuse to cancel an order within 15 mins of it being placed? Order could have not been ready to ship at all within 15 mins. They could have canceled like any other normal store. So I think that was shady and done on purpose, yes.They told me to 'just return it bro' which costs 40$ from where I live.Anyway, I told them I will refuse delivery and they said that they will keep 50% of the order, not even just the fees. Best choice for me regardless. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.
