[Misc] Anyone else stop wearing foundation all together?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I find that foundation really emphasizes fine lines and texture and just gives an overall tired appearance to the skin - especially as someone with very dry skin. When I used to wear foundation everyday, I was convinced I had fine lines (in my early 20s) when really it was just the foundation building up around the creases I made naturally throughout the day.Since covid, I stopped the foundation and just really asked myself why on earth I needed it when my skin actually looks younger without itI put foundation on today because I had a presentation thinking I needed to look "put together" and I immediately regretted it. Omg does it age you. From now on, if I want to look "put together" im just going to wear a tinted sunscreen, some concealer around any dark spots, blush, brows and maybe some minimal eye makeup. So much more refreshing of a look. Also, how on earth do you reapply sunscreen with a full face?? I went in deep on this topic and never found answers that actually resulted in all day full/ adequate sun protection. Now that I'm just gonna stick to tinted sunscreen, I should have no problem reapplying. So thats an added benefit....Edit: also no hate to people who do wear foundation. I know that some people experience more severe discoloration and issues with the skin that a concealer can't hide. This is mostly for people like myself who have been wearing it just because we thought it was the "thing to do" when it really didn't do anything nice for our skin
