[Acne] Have you used Dermaticia (U.K.)? Would you recommend it?

I’ve read reviews and they seem positive; however I know you can’t rely on online reviews for these things. People are supposedly seeing results in under three months.I have mild-moderate acne that doctors refuse to help with because it’s “Not bad enough”. I also have scaring. Salicylic acid has helped with some congestion but I think I’ve gone as far as I can with that, and stronger products kill my skin barrier. Although I wonder if using SA for a few months may have prepared my skin better for trying something stronger...(Please don’t say go to a different doctor/derm - it works differently in the U.K.).
