Hey all... vent time.I’m so sad... I’ve been struggling with acne that has worsened in the past year. Fortunately, my skin looks good right now, seems to be healing. But I have a good amount of acne scars and redness (potentially rosacea) that I’ve been dealing with. I’ve also had some new dark spots show up on my face that I’ve been a little worried about.I finally made an appointment with a dermatologist. I looked up reviews and got an appointment with a doctor with great reviews.Day finally came, I was stressed out because I was running late and needed to take time out of work in the morning that I really didn’t have.And she pushed me out in under 15 minutes. She immediately just threw a prescription at me (I don’t even know what it is, she didn’t write it down and it wasn’t ready for pickup when I got to the pharmacy). She talked down to me like I was a kid. She never gave me an opportunity to speak and any moment I did I just felt like she was talking down to me.I tried to express my concern about my scars and summertime (ie more outside time) approaching. She hardly listened and just said “wear sunscreen for your face”.It sucks. I feel like my time was wasted. Ugh./end rant
