Hello addicts,I have been using the same sunscreen for the better part of a year, as such, my Sunscreenr UV camera has been collecting dust.With all of the ongoing sunscreen drama, I figured I would start doing tests again, and maybe help the community evaluate sunscreens.Please note, UV camera images are absolutely not the end all be all evaluation technique for the effectiveness of sunscreens, however, UV camera images can help by providing the following:1) Insight into the evenness of coverage of a certain sunscreen.2) Insight into how quickly the sunscreen's UVA coverage degrades.It's not much, but it's something. As consumers, using a UV camera is one of very few ways we can obtain information about the performance of a sunscreen outside of testing it in real life conditions and risking sun damage.Please note, I live in the US.
