Beauty Tips For Body Care
I live in the Middle East and it's almost 43-50°C/110-122°F during the day, due to this extreme temperature my sunscreen tends to mix up with the sweat and produce some kind of white mixture which can be visibly seen, hence I don't know how effective my sunscreen actually is. Although I work indoors, there are times when I have to go out (to my car or to get coffee), and the above is what it results to. So, in this case, could I just wear a cap and use an umbrella when going out? This will also help me keep cool. Would I still be protected from the sun?PSA: I am not mad, I am on Accutane hence I really need to be cautious of the sun due to skin sensitivity. I have tried several waterproof sunscreens, but they produce a white-cast and also melt away. Umbrellas are common in my country, people don't care, unlike other western countries. If possible please do suggest me better alternatives
