[Product question] Favourite alternatives to foundation that's also good for skin?

I hate wearing foundation, which partially comes from having to wear it so much before I had acne treatment. Wearing it now makes me uncomfortable so I'm wondering if there are tinted alternatives that are good for skin? I've tried tined sunscreen but that came off on everything my face touched :(
