[Product Question] Is it fine to use Occlusive (Vaseline, Aquaphor) during both AM and PM?

I am on Accutane, so I get dry skin. During the day, I apply rosehip oil on damp skin and then cover it with occlusive, I don't apply a moisturizer since it gives me a white cast due to moisture (I live in a humid area). At night I apply Rosehip oil on damp skin, and then moisturizer, and then finally seal it with Occlusive.I haven't noticed any side-effects of occlusive, but I was just wondering.
