[Product Question] Recommendations for Moisturizers for extremely oily and dehydrated / sensitive skin, that doesn't look ultra-shiny?

I used the CeraVe Moisturizer for the longest time, but it would always burn a tiny little bit when I applied it after applying the other products, and would look incredibly shiny on my skin.Does anyone have a better alternative that doesn't shine like the sun on someone's oily skin? Ideally one that includes niacinamide, so I could cut down on the niacinamide serum I use.I'd appreciate it a lot :)
