Beauty Tips For Body Care
ANYONE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE OR SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO MINIMIZE THE AFFECTS OF THIS?Besides eating healthy, and drinking enough water and my regular skincare routine (gentle face wash, toner, retinol, and moisturizer/sunscreen)...?Any specific products, or vitamins??Background: For work reasons I'm (26F) going to have to do 36 hour shifts for a year and will have obvious sleep deprivation, I've seen acquaintances go through this and their skin looks AWFUL after and I 100% believe it ages you.I have a bad skincare background ( years of excessive tanning, severely dehydrated skin), but in general my skin looks decent (genes) and I get mistaken for a teenager often still but I know my skin isn't at its healthiest and I'm scared of further upcoming damage.
