Beauty Tips For Body Care
For the past year or so I've had this skin condition which I don't know what it is. I will do my best to explain all the symptoms I have. If anyone could give me the slightest help I would really appreciate it.Basically I get tiny bumps all over my forehead that are EXTREMELY itchy. I'm talking staying awake all night kind of itchy. They are worse around the hairline and above the eyebrows. I'm a 25 years old male. I got acne when I was around 18. Took two courses of acccutane and I've taking good care of my skin ever since. I believe the itchy forehead started almost a year ago. It would be one itchy bump that would go away in like 20 minutes or so but it's been getting worse ever since. The ONLY thing that's been helping is hydrocortisone cream which I know it shouldn't be a part of my routine. I noticed the symptoms get worse at night time and especially after waking up in the morning. My forehead also feels sticky when the symptoms arise. If I splash my face even with plain water I will instantly feel better but it won't last more than a few minutes.Here's a list of the things I've tried and pictures of my forehead.Salicylic Acid (Cleanser and treatment paula's choice)Niacinamide (the ordinary)NizoralDifferent moisturizers ( la roche posay,avene)Antihistamine pillsVitamin D, Zinc (pills)Drinking tons of waterAntidandruff shampoo (head and shoulders) ( I don't have dandruff)Gentle cleansers without bha or any other harsh ingredients (avene)Sulphur soapI've tried washing my face once a day twice a day or not at all. Same thing with moisturizers.I went to a dermatologist but ofcourse I didn't have any symptoms that day so she couldn't tell me anything.Whenever I use the hydrocortisone cream it will take two days for everything to clear up and will stay that way for another two to three days. After that it starts to show up again.I really don't know what else to do.Picture of my forehead
