Beauty Tips For Body Care
I have painful cystic acne mainly on my chin and jaw but I occasionally get it elsewhere on my face, I'm pretty sure because of its location it's hormonal.I was prescribed Adapalene four months ago which I jumped straight into using every evening as I was already tolerant to retinoids but it has not made any difference.I went back to my GP and have an appointment booked for next month, but they have told me that my options are oral antibiotics or the pill. I don't want to go on the pill as I have a medical condition that is contraindicated to it.Does anyone have any advice on my options?My routine is:- AM: wash with warm water, apply Revolution's niacinamide and CeraVe lotion and SPF- PM: wash with CeraVe hydrating cleanser, apply Differin 1% and CeraVe lotion.
