Beauty Tips For Body Care
I recently got a facial that I loved, and the specialist and I got to chatting about my skin care routine. Mine is really simple right now - I cleanse, put on Toner, then put on Murad's Oil Pore Control Mattifier SPF 45 PA++++ (in the morning). At night, I do the same thing but with a night moisturizer/cream. First and foremost, she recommended I add a Vitamin-C serum to my routine at night, which I plan on doing. In the morning, she recommended that I add a sunscreen to my routine, despite already putting on the SPF mattifier. I've been planning on mixing up my routine anyway, trying to find a new toner and moisturizer (if you have any recs!). As I look into moisturizers, I'm wondering – is it really necessary to do both an SPF moisturizer and sunscreen? Or if I do need to add sunscreen, does SPF in the moisturizer matter at all?For some context, I do live in Los Angeles and am frequently in the sun, primarily on the weekends. I am very pale (russian ancestry) and have very sensitive skin, but it's a pretty consistent combination skin type with a good balance oil/dry.Any help or advice is greatly appreciate!!
