Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hello everyone! I’ve been having trouble with my shaving for as long as I remember, always get those small red bumps with ingrown hairs in them and other whiteheads across my shaving area on my face. I’m certain those are connected to my shaving as I went through a long period of not using any skin care and not shaving and my skin had none of those. Later I started shaving again (which I have to) and my skin began to look “beaten” and got many ingrown hairs.I’m shaving with an electric shaver (brown 9 - those who are familiar know how gentle it is) so overall I’m not shaving brutally. I’m shaving every second night btw.My skincare routine consist ofMORNINGCleanse with cold waterSpray Dickinson witch hazel generouslyIlliyoon concentrate ceramide creamNIGHTCleanse with cold waterShave (every second night) - with *Nivea sensitive shaving gel*alum block after shavingSpray Dickinson witch hazel generously**Nivea sensitive post shave balmIlliyoon concentrate ceramide creamVaseline at spots(**im starting to think that the Nivea products give me acne as I started to use them recently and my skin is going downhill)So as you can see I’m taking many measures of gentleness and calming the skin ( btw tell me if you think it’s excessive or redundant) but still my face gets mad after shaving :(So to my question, (lol long introduction) I’m thinking of adding a chemical exfoliant or even tretinoin to prevent ingrown hairs and other bumps. What’s the most recommended chemical exfoliant for that?Btw tell me if you think of other changes I should do.
