[Acne] Somehow Vanicream gentle cleanser breaks me out but my CLEARASIL SA wash doesn't? Make it make sense 🤣

So my skin is pretty sensitive especially in the winter when it is more dry. So I've been trying to find a more gentle cleanser since I know CLEARASIL really isn't good for your skin. But the catch is I've tried Vanicream and CeraVe and they both break me out (I did a patch test) can anyone recommend a different gentle cleanser?
