[skin concerns] I've had keratosis pilaris my whole life, and it seems nothing has helped. Is there any solution?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've had bumpy, red skin on my arms (forearm and upper arm), legs (the entire length), butt, and lower back, since I was about 2 weeks old. My pediatrician told my parents it was dairy, so for the first 10 years of my life, I didn't eat dairy. That didn't help. Over the course of the last 25 or so years I have tried the following (with the length of time I tried it in parentheses):saltwater baths and the ocean (24 months)daily sun exposure (12 months)regular intake of vitamin D according to physician (36 months)vitamin C (6 months)lactic acid (9 months)glycolic acid (18 months)urea (36 months)mechanical exfoliation with pumice stone (1 month)mechanical exfoliation with a cloth designed for that (3 months)mechanical exfoliation with a salt based solution (24 months)mechanical exfoliation with a sugar based solution (6 months)clay mask (8 months)dead sea mud mask (12 months)charcoal soap and mask (1 month)The Ordinary peeling solution (1 use)Some overlapped with one another. If it seems like something was a very short time, it's because it made everything worse. In point of fact, EVERYTHING on that list actually made it worse. I did every single thing according to the guidelines of dermatologists. I've seen over two dozen dermatologists, and none of them have given me any relief.Currently, my routine is just washing affected areas with a very gentle soap made by a local person (no scents or anything, it's designed for babies), and moisturizing with CeraVe.My job often requires wearing things that show my arms, with a lot of attention on my arms. It's a sore spot for me, and I'm really sick and tired of dealing with questions, stares, and general discomfort. I'd like to be able to shave my legs without constantly cutting into the bumps, too. Please tell me, is there a solution out there? I'm willing to try pretty much anything. I can provide pictures if necessary.
